  • Mandatory document upload
  • Automatic deletion of candidate data
  • Employee Preferences
  • Leaderboard Preferences
  • Google reCAPTCHA
  • Locations & Departments

Registration Page

Using the Registration page, Talent Scouts can easily set up their profile and gain access to your Employee Referrals account. If the page is active, users will see the possibility to enter their email address and register or login via SSO.  Additionally if the page is active, your link is ready to be shared over the intranet or company messenger

Segmentation

Use Segmentation to divide your account into relevant groups — like departments or regions. These segments impact many functionalities, so plan them wisely from the beginning.

Once your Segmentation is set up you as admin can follow up with the Hiring Reward and Reward Shop Segmentation if desired/needed.

User Management

Within the User Management you can invite and delete users. Furthermore, you can change and adjust the different user roles.

SSO

As an admin, configure and enforce Single Sign-on to simplify user login and enhance security. Set up Just-In-Time provisioning and manage updates to your Identity Provider’s certificate.

User Provisioning

User provisioning helps simplify Talent Scout management, registration, and login processes for all user groups. As an admin, configure and manage provisioning and de-provisioning through multiple methods to keep user access up to date.

Reward Setup

You can configure incentive programs (Hire-Rewards), Leaderboard, and a Reward Shop (Rewards for activities) to actively engage employees in referring talents.

Content Sharing

As an admin, you can easily share important content by adding links and featuring them on the Jobs page to keep candidates engaged.

API, Webhooks and other Integrations

The API, Webhooks, and available integrations provide flexible options for connecting your Employee Referrals account with third-party systems. These tools enable automated data flows and enhanced functionality.
