What is Hiring Reward and Reward Shop Segmentation?

What is Reward and Reward Shop segmentation?

This feature allows the creation of various segments to specifically offer different hiring rewards and Reward Shop items to different target groups within the user base. If enabled, the different users only see rewards that are intended to be visible for their segment.

How to set up segments

  • Coordination with the contact person: The segments to be created must be coordinated with the responsible contact person.
  • Setup by Radancy: The segments are then set up by Radancy and made available in the account.

Where to find the segments:

After setup, you can find the segments:

  • In the "Account Preferences" > User Management
  • When creating hiring rewards within the Reward Plans, as well as when creating reward items for the Reward Shop.
  • These segments can be assigned when creating a job (by Admins/Recruiters)

Assignment of users to segments:

When registering or logging in, the User is assigned to one or more segments. If segments change, the Admin has the ability to adjust them accordingly in the User Management.

Segmentation within the Reward Shop / Creating Reward Shop items:

  • The Admin has the possibility to disable the Reward Shop for specific segments: This means that the entire Reward Shop cannot be viewed by these disabled segments.
  • Access for other segments: All the other segments can view the Reward Shop without restrictions.
  • When creating a Reward Shop item, the Admin can specify for which segment the reward should be valid. This allows targeted offering of different rewards for various groups.

Creating hiring rewards in the Reward Plans:

When creating a reward, the Admin can specify which segments the rewards should be valid for, enabling targeted and customized rewards for different groups.

Visibility of Jobs/Rewards for Talent Scouts

The Talent Scout automatically sees the reward assigned to the segment he is allocated to. For example, for the same job, there is a reward of USD 1,500 for the "US" segment and a reward of EUR 1,000 for the "EU" segment.

Conclusion:

Segmentation allows targeted and flexible management of hiring rewards and the Reward Shop to offer customized rewards.
