What is user provisioning and how to configure it?

User Provisioning helps simplify the Talent Scout management, registration, and login process for all user groups.

The main advantages are:

• Facilitation of the registration process (user information is already pre-filled)
• Automated update of the user profiles (location and departments)
• Automated deactivation and deletion of user profiles (see more here)

There are different options for configuring User Provisioning on your account:

1. Using Radancy's API (read more here)
2. Using SFTP Servers (read more here)
3. Using Microsoft Entra ID (read more here)

Please note that the configuration needs to be planned in advance and cannot be provided within a few days.

Currently, Employee Referrals does not support SCIM 2.0.
