All about Segmentation

Segmentation means dividing your account into meaningful groups - so-called segments. These can be structured by regions, departments, professional groups, or other relevant categories. It’s important to carefully consider the definition of these segments, as they form the foundation for various functions within the account.

Important: Segments are introduced in collaboration with your Radancy contact person. They will support you in identifying the right segments and will also handle the technical setup in your account.

Segments can only be created and activated by Radancy.
