You can edit your Privacy Policy in the Account Preferences > Settings > Customize Terms.
Below you can find a template to support you in creating a Privacy Policy in compliance with the law. This is a non-binding template for you to use. If you do decide to use it, please be sure to fill in all details.
Please keep in mind, you are responsible to ensure that your Privacy Policy is legally correct.
Each new user or applicant has to accept these terms by registration or application. Your Privacy Policy will be visible on the following pages:
- User Registration
- Page for Applicants
- Login
- Menu > Legal Terms
A link to your Privacy Policy will also be included in every email sent from your Employee Referrals domain.
You can upload your Privacy Policy in different languages, but you will have to choose a primary one. By setting this primary language, you decide in which language a potential Talent Scout or candidate will see your Terms of Use, Data Privacy, and Imprint in case their browser language is not one of the languages you offer.
To upload the Privacy Policy in a different language, kindly choose an alternate language from the language dropdown menu. Then, input the text within the editor below and click on the "save changes" button.
