This feature makes sharing jobs even easier and more effective.
Each Talent Scout receives a Personal Referral Link that you can share with your network.
You can either:
- Share a single job link (as before)
- Use your Personal Referral Link
Both links lead to the same Job Browsing page, where candidates can see all open positions. When sharing a single job link, the shared job is displayed first, while with the personal referral link, the jobs are shown in order.
The link helps you promote open positions more efficiently and gives candidates a clear, user-friendly overview.
Note: You must be in the Talent Scout view to see this new feature.
If a user is logged in as an Admin or Recruiter, they will not see their personal referral link. They must switch to the Talent Scout view in order to access it.
What is the Personal Referral Link?
The Personal Referral Link is a unique URL assigned to each Talent Scout.
Candidates who click on this link get access to all open positions at your company.
This makes referring jobs much easier and increases your chances of successful referrals.
How does it work?
When a candidate clicks on your Personal Referral Link, they land on the Job Browsing page, where all open roles are visible. Candidates can filter to find the right positions and apply directly. You continue to earn points as usual.
Where can you find your Personal Referral Link?
You can access your link:
- Immediately after logging in
- On the job overview page in the tool
- You will also receive it via email
Save it once and share it anywhere - WhatsApp, SMS, social media, email, or any other platform. No repeated login is required.
