As a Talent Scout, you can share published jobs through various channels or recommend individuals directly. In addition to potential Hire Rewards each activity helps you earn points, which can be collected and later exchanged for rewards.
Registration and Log-in
Once you have registered you can login and access your account. After logging in, your home screen is where you'll begin your journey through our account.
User Settings
Access your account settings by clicking on your name/photo.
Jobs
Once logged in, you’ll see the latest job openings at your company — all in one place.
Easily share a job with your network by selecting the “Share” button located to the right of the job post.
Referrals
Want to refer someone directly? Learn how to make a Direct Referral in just a few steps. Not sure who can refer? Find out if permissions are needed to submit a candidate. Curious about the difference? See how a Referral compares to a regular Application — and why it matters.
Leaderboard
Get your team involved — challenge your colleagues to refer top talent and make it a game!
The Leaderboard is a scoreboard that ranks and displays the performance of Talent Scouts.
Rewards
Quickly check how many points you've earned and what rewards await you.
The Reward Shop (if activated by your company) is the place where you can purchase rewards from a selection of items provided by your company, based on the amount of coins you have in your wall
