Step 1: Referral
A Referral occurs when a potential candidate lands on the job ad by clicking the link shared on social media or received via email from a Talent Scout and completes the first step of the application process.
To complete the first step, candidates only need to provide their first name, last name, and email address. They must also accept the Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy of your company.
Once they click on the "Start to apply" button, it will be counted as a Referral in your statistics.
At this stage, even if the candidate is displayed under My Referrals > Accepted in your Employee Referrals account, the recruiter hasn't yet received the application and cannot see the contact details of the referred candidate.
Step 2: Application
After clicking on "Start to Apply," the candidate is redirected either to the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or to a second application page in Radancy Employee Referral, where additional information can be added (such as social profile link, phone number, and application documents - .pdf, .doc, .docx, .txt, .xls, and .xlsx). By clicking on "Finish," the application process is completed.
If the candidate is redirected to the ATS, the subsequent steps will depend on the company's requirements. However, the process is considered complete only once the application is submitted.
The candidate has now finished the two-step process and it is counted as an Application in the statistics.
The applications are now visible under My Referrals > In Progress in your Employee Referrals account. The responsible recruiter can access the applicant's information, and the internal recruiting process can begin.
