How to approve a Reward?

As soon as a reward is due, the responsible Recruiter (Contact Person) receives a reminder via email containing all important information, including:

  • Name of the Talent Scout
  • Name of the applicant
  • Amount of the reward
  • The published job

Please note: No email reminder will be sent for auto-approved rewards.

This is an opportunity to check eligibility (see Reward Policy). Once eligibility is checked, the reward can be approved.

To approve a reward, go to Rewards > Due and click "Approve reward". A pop-up window will appear with all the details relevant to the reward and the possibility to add a message for the Talent Scout. Once you click on "Approve Reward", an automatic email will be sent to the Talent Scout.

The reward will now be listed under Reward > Completed.
