Recruiters can allocate Plus Points (from 0 to 3) to an application, as a way to provide feedback to the Talent Scout on the fit between the job requirements and the referral proposed. Based on the points allocated, the Talent Scout accumulates points (see more here).
The utilization and significance of Plus Points are determined by the recruiting team at your company.
