What is the Leaderboard?

The Leaderboard is a scoreboard that ranks and displays the performance of Talent Scouts.

The Leaderboard for Employee Referrals can be activated and deactivated by Admins. If it is active, you can find it on the left menu bar.

On the Leaderboard, you can see the ranking of all your colleagues (except those in incognito mode; read more here) who are helping your company attract talent, and how many points they have earned (see more about how to earn points here). Whether Recruiters and Admins are part of the Leaderboard depends on what your company decides. If they can't find themselves in the ranking, it might be because of this company's choice.

In detail, you can see:

  • Ranking position
  • Picture & First and Last Name
  • Department
  • Location
  • Points earned
  • Level reached

You can also filter the data in the leaderboard based on department, location, and date range.

The leaderboard results are displayed based on the timeframe chosen by your Admins among the following:

  • All-time only
  • Monthly
  • Quarterly
  • Semi-annually
  • Yearly

Please keep in mind the points are not lost, it simply means the view is changed.

Users can customize their view on the right-side menu and always see the all-time ranking, alternatively to the view chosen by the Admins.

On the lower right part of the screen, use the "find me" button to be taken directly to your ranking in the leaderboard.
