How to read My Statistics?

You can access My Statistics by clicking on the My Referrals item on the left menu bar. The statistics will be displayed on the right side of the screen.

The following metrics are tracked:

• Clicks - the number of users who clicked on a job shared by you.
• Referrals - the number of accepted referrals you have generated (see the difference between Referrals and Applications here).
• Applications - the number of applications you have generated (see the difference between Referrals and Applications here).
• Top Rated - the number of applications that have received a rating of 3 plus points from recruiters (This metric is relevant only if your company is using the recruiting rating feature - check here for more info).
• Hired - the number of applications you have generated that resulted in hired candidates.

Please note: this data is updated every 24 hours.
