Is it possible to manually add or delete points?
No, points cannot be added or deleted by Admins, but just accumulated by the Talent Scout with the different activities. Please take a look at how to earn points here.
Are Admins and Recruiters visible in the leaderboard?
Depending on the chosen setting in the Account Preferences, Recruiters and Admin can be included or excluded from the Leaderboard. Read about how to change the setting here.
